Description
Graved Pure Swiss Alpine salmon with dill, prepared entirely by our craftsmen. Each fillet is rubbed with a classic mix of dill, salt, and a touch of sugar, then left to marinate for 24 hours. After curing, it is gently rinsed and refined once more with fresh dill. It is then carefully hand-sliced into fine tranches, revealing a delicate texture and making it effortlessly ready to serve.
To complete the experience, our chefs pair it with Rosato Rovere, a Ticino DOC Rosato di Merlot from Gialdi Vini, chosen for its bright, elegant style. In the glass, it offers floral notes of rose petals and citrus blossom, with hints of candied cherry, melon, and white peach, plus a subtle toasted touch that recalls vanilla and acacia honey. Its lively acidity lifts the salmon’s delicate dill seasoning for a harmonious apéro pairing or a beautifully composed starter. Includes a high-quality Swiss Lachs gift box.
