Description
Smoked Pure Swiss Alpine salmon fillet, gently cured and carefully sliced, prepared by our smokehouse artisans. Harvested and brought to the smokehouse the very same day, it is traditionally smoked over burning oak wood at low temperatures for up to 24 hours. Paired by our chefs with Guerdon premium champagne “Enfant Terrible” to complement the salmon’s mild, balanced flavour. Pinot Noir fruit meets Chardonnay finesse, with 48 months of bottle ageing and 40% reserve wines, creating a champagne with lift and elegance that pairs beautifully with the gentle smoke. Includes a high-quality Swiss Lachs gift box.
