Born in the alpine valley of Lostallo, Swiss Lachs is the first salmon farm to bring Atlantic salmon back home. Our land-based recirculating aquaculture system recycles 98% of its water through seven stages of filtration, ensuring a stress-free environment free from antibiotics, hormones and parasites.
We raise every fish with respect—for the animal, for the environment and for future generations. By producing locally, we guarantee a freshness that imported fish can’t match.
