Description
Hot-smoked Pure Swiss Alpine salmon, gently cured and prepared by our smokehouse artisans. Carefully trimmed, it is rubbed with a racy Cajun spice mixture inspired by the southern states of the USA, bringing notes of paprika, red pepper, and cayenne. It is then hot-smoked according to a traditional recipe for around 45 minutes at 60°C, creating a warm, rounded flavour without overpowering the salmon.
Ingredients:
Hot-smoked Swiss salmon (Salmo salar), salt, paprika, red pepper, cayenne, tomato powder, pepper, flavouring.
Slicing:Not sliced.
Shelf life:21 days. Keep refrigerated at a maximum of 4 °C.
Vacuum-sealed.
