Description
Smoked Pure Swiss Alpine salmon side, gently cured and carefully sliced, prepared by our smokehouse artisans. Harvested and brought to the smokehouse the very same day, it is traditionally smoked over burning oak wood at low temperatures for up to 24 hours. With no comparable salmon in Switzerland smoked this quickly after harvest, it delivers exceptional freshness and a mild, balanced flavour. Includes a high-quality Swiss Lachs gift box.
