Description
Smoked Pure Swiss Alpine salmon side, gently prepared by our smokehouse artisans using traditional smoking techniques. Immediately after harvest, salmon is placed in a light brine overnight, then gently smoked for up to 24 hours over a blend of fine beech and oak wood. Paired by our chefs with Bianco Rovere by Gialdi from Ticino, selected to complement the salmon’s mild, balanced flavour. The wine adds freshness and elegance alongside the gentle smoke, creating a harmonious pairing. Includes a high-quality Swiss Lachs gift box.
