Graved Pure Swiss Alpine salmon with dill, prepared entirely by our craftsmen. Each fillet is rubbed with a classic mix of dill, salt, and a touch of sugar, then left to marinate for 24 hours. After curing, it is gently rinsed and refined once more with fresh dill. It is then carefully hand-sliced into fine tranches, revealing a delicate texture and making it effortlessly ready to serve.
