Description
Fresh Swiss Alpine whole salmon, cleaned and prepared only after the order is placed to ensure maximum freshness. Raised in pure mountain water at our sustainable farm in Lostallo, Graubünden, without antibiotics, hormones, or microplastics. With its delicate taste and generous size, it is ideal as a centrepiece for 4 to 5 people.

Slicing:Not sliced
Shelf life:3 days. Keep refrigerated at a maximum of 4 °C. After opening, store in a cool place and consume within 2 days.
Vacuum-sealed.
Delivered in a controlled, chilled shipping box that maintains optimal temperature for up to 48 hours. Select your preferred delivery date at checkout. The order deadline for next-day delivery is 12:00 (noon), excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
