Description
Smoked Pure Swiss Alpine salmon fillet with lemon and pepper, gently cured and carefully sliced, prepared by our smokehouse artisans. Refined with lemon and pepper, it brings a fresh, subtle lift to the classic smoked profile.
Harvested and brought to the smokehouse the very same day, it is traditionally smoked over burning oak wood at low temperatures for up to 24 hours.
With no comparable salmon in Switzerland smoked this quickly after harvest, it delivers exceptional freshness and a mild, balanced flavour.
Ingredients:
Cold-smoked Swiss salmon (Salmo salar), salt, pepper
Slicing:Carefully sliced for ideal texture and presentation
Shelf life:21 days. Keep refrigerated at a maximum of 4 °C.
Vacuum-sealed.
Delivered in a controlled, chilled shipping box that maintains optimal temperature for up to 48 hours. Select your preferred delivery date at checkout. The order deadline for next-day delivery is 12:00 (noon), excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
