A spooky snack for your Halloween night

Looking for a Halloween snack that’s festive, elegant, and easy to make?
 These delicious bites with graved salmon bring a fun Halloween twist to your table – the perfect treat for your guests.

 

The ingredients

 

  • Graved salmon marinated with dill, sliced 200g
  • Fresh dill for garnish
  • 120g cream cheese (soft and spreadable)
  • 16 green olives (with pimiento)

 

The preparation steps

 

Preparation

1. Place cream cheese to the freezer for at least 30 minutes (this will make the further process easier).

2. Cut the graved salmon into small strips or pieces.

3. Place olives and set aside a few dill sprigs for decoration.

Shape the filling

4. Take a small amount of cream cheese and roll it into balls.

Wrap the salmon

5. Wrap each cream cheese ball with a strip of graved salmon so it slightly overlaps and looks like an “eyeball”.

Decorate

6. Place an olive in the center to create a “pupil”.

7. Use small sprigs of dill to draw thin lines around the “eyes” to make them extra spooky.

Serve

8. Serve immediately or keep in the fridge until ready to enjoy .
