Description
Alpstein balsamic vinegar from apples, crafted from carefully selected apples from Eastern Switzerland for a beautifully balanced profile. Matured at 1209 metres near Lake Sämtis in Swiss oak barrels, it develops a rounded, full-bodied aroma with gentle depth. Made from a simple blend of apple cider vinegar and apple concentrate, it is vegetarian, vegan, and gluten- and lactose-free. Ideal for brightening dressings, finishing vegetables, or adding a fruity, elegant note to sauces and marinades.
Ingredients:
50% apple cider vinegar, apple concentrate 50%. Acidity 6.3%.
Amount:250ml.
