Description
Kikkoman reduced salt soy sauce is naturally brewed, with a special process removing almost half of the salt while keeping the full-bodied aroma. With its high umami character, it seasons precisely without overpowering delicate dishes. Free from preservatives and additives, it is a versatile staple for sauces, soups, vegetables, and stir-fries. A great choice for sushi and sashimi when a lighter salt profile is preferred.
Ingredients:
Water, soy, wheat, cooking salt, spirit vinegar, alcohol, sugar. Pasteurised.
Allergens:contains soy and gluten.
Amount:250ml.
Glass bottle.
