Kikkoman organic soy sauce is naturally brewed according to a traditional recipe, using only four organic ingredients: soybeans, wheat, water, and salt. With its balanced aroma and rich umami notes, it seasons precisely without overpowering delicate dishes with fish. Vegan and versatile, it works beautifully for sushi and sashimi, as well as for dressings, marinades, stir-fries, and soups. A reliable staple for clean, authentic seasoning, made with certified organic ingredients.
